This policy explains how all TradesStack templates, designs, layouts, written content and graphics (“Materials”) can and cannot be used. By purchasing or accessing our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Ownership

All Materials available through TradesStack are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. TradesStack retains full ownership and all rights to these Materials at all times.

3. Permitted Use

When you purchase a TradesStack product, you are granted a single-user, standard licence to:

Use the templates for your personal or business trade operations

Edit the files to suit your own job details or client information

Share completed documents with your own clients, contractors, or team members as part of your work

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, share, distribute or sublicense the Materials in any capacity

Upload the files to any third-party website, marketplace or shared drive for public use

Use any part of the Materials to create competing products or services

Extract images, text, layouts, or elements for use outside of TradesStack templates

5. Special Permissions

Any use outside of this licence must be approved in writing by TradesStack. If you’d like to request permission, please contact us before proceeding.
